This is a private reference site, independent from every government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a visitor.
The site identifies the Montgomery County Sheriff, local court clerks, the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, and the New York State Sex Offender Registry as official custodians. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use is permitted only if you agree not to:
- Operate a scraper, bot, or other automated collection tool against these pages
- Use the material to stalk, threaten, or harass another person
